Easy Software Products will be closed January 19, 2009 for Martin Luther King, Jr's Birthday. We wish you a safe and pleasant holiday! Online orders and support requests may still be placed on our web site, however we will not be making any shipments until our office re-opens.

Terms of Sales

All sales are final 30 days after purchase or once the product or service has been used, where the term "used" means:

• For the HTMLDOC software, the product is "used" once a permanent license has been issued. Free 21-day demo licenses are available for HTMLDOC prior to purchase.
• For books, the book is "used" after 30 days or if it shows visible damage or wear that was not present when the book was shipped from Easy Software Products.

If a product arrives in damaged condition, please refuse shipment or contact Easy Software Products immediately so that we can arrange an exchange for an undamaged item.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard for online orders.

Purchase orders may be sent to sales@easysw.com. Please attach your purchase order as a PDF file with "NET 30" terms. Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, or company check drawn from a US bank.

Late Payments

Our payment terms for purchase orders are NET 30. If we do not recieve payment on time, you will be charged a late payment fee of 1.5% per month (18% per year) of the original order total until we receive payment in full.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds are only issued within 30 days of purchase for non-used products or services. Please see the Terms of Sales section for a definition of "used". Please contact us to request a refund and arrange for the return of any items that were shipped to you.

Refunds do not include shipping charges, and we do not pay return shipping charges for items that are returned. There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the refund request and the receipt of any returned items, whichever comes later. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card account or receive a refund check from us.
